Happy New Year!!

It's a new year and a new beginning!!  Each year is an opportunity to make things better and strive to do more. I cherish the moments of spending time with family. With that being said, I plan to spend  more time with family. 

This year we decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at home. Here's how we brang in the New Year.

We ate cake and toasted with the best (Sparkling Cider). Lol.

Then we watched Despicable Me 2.

Here's our little guy turning up before we turned in. 

On New Year Day we had our traditional Gumbo.

With Lots of the Good Stuff.

An All-Day Love Affair. It Cooked for 4 hours. 

The wait was well worth it. It was truly delicious.
