Kate Spade Planner

On Easter Sunday the Mr. and I went on an impromptu shopping trip to the nearby Cabazon Outlets. We went to one of my many favorite stores, Kate Spade.  He surprised me with a lovely purchase. I love to plan and organize everything, blame it on my Type A personality. So of course, I fell in love with this cute Kate Spade organizer. It's so chic and the pages are pretty and colorfully just how I like it!

Here's a few pics of the planner.
The tassel was purchased separately. I love how it adds a perfect pop of color. It's also playful and fun.

Here's a view from the inside.

I love the monthly calendar inserts. Each month has an inspirational saying just enough to get you started off right.

There also plenty of room for business cards, debit and credit cards.

There are tabs for my notes, todo lists, favorite restaurants, birthdays and addresses.

I'm such as planner nerd. I HEART my new planner.❤️

Jamaica Vacay

Hi y'all! I know I'm a little late in posting a recap of our recent trip to Jamaica. But as they say... It's better late than never. So I want to share a few highlights of our trip.

Jamaica Vacation Highlights

We stayed at the fabulous all-inclusive RIU Ocho Rios Resort. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend if you're ever staying in Ocho Rios.

We had an eventful time. We did quite a few excursions including a little rest and relaxation on our own.

Here's all of us on the trail horseback riding.

We also visited the Dolphin Cove where we swam with the dolphins and visted a bird arboretum.

Meet my little friends.

Here I am kissing Appollo. He was such a flirt!

We also visted the infamous Dunn's River Falls. 90 ft. Hiking trail in the waters. It was tough but we made it!

And we went zipling in the tropical rainforest. Here, we came across this beautiful peacock.

Aren't his feathers just gorgeous!

Here I am with just a little R&R (rest and relaxation).

I love this view. This could never get old.

We had some pretty amazing eats too! I loved the Jerk Chicken.

Overall, I loved our trip with eight days in paradise. I can't wait to go back or at least to another tropical island.

Peach Creamsicle Bellini

Spring has sprung! That means there are lots of brunches and parties on the horizon. You know how much I love coming up with a signature cocktail for parties. It adds so much pizzaz to any occasion! Today, I'm sharing the way that I fancied up a regular old Bellini, with popsicles and prosecco. I love a good Bellini and after I thought of this recipe and tried it, this is definitely my new favorite way to drink and consume them. This is the perfect cocktail for Easter brunches or bridal and baby showers!

You and your guests will love it! Plus, you can substitute any fruit flavored popsicle for orange. I have big plans to try all sorts of popsicle flavors over the next few months and I’ll report back and let you know how they all are. An orange popsicle would make a delicious mimosa, and so on. The possibilities are endless. But, if you love a good Bellini, like I do, then look no further. This is sure to be your new favorite way to make and consume this delicious cocktail!

Peach Popsicle Prosecco Belini

Ingredients:

-Orange Creamsicle Popsicles
-Stella Rosa Stella Peach Wine

Instructions:

  1. Place the Creamsicle popsicle or fruit popsicle of your choice into a wine glass. Pour Peach wine over the top of the popsicle and fill the glass about halfway. As the popsicle begins to melt, the popsicle flavor will become stronger. This will be your new favorite way to drink a bellini!

Enjoy!!

Life With My Boys

I'm so happy to share that I'm starting a new series... "Life With My Boys". If you're a Boy-Mom or have kids follow along on our adventures in the Williams' household. I'm sure you'll find a chuckle or two. My hope is I might be able to share my stories and inspire other moms.

Last week I had the great opportunity to accompany the Middle and his third-grade class to the "Living Desert Musuem" in Palm Desert. We have such a great time. There's nothing like spending the day with a bunch of eight-year olds to give you a reality check, especially if your child is as rambunctious and adventurous as mine to let you know your child is normal. Lol.

Here are a few pictures from our day at the Museum.

The Living Desert Musuem

Life-size giraffe. This was such an awesome view.

Goats at the petting zoo.

Oh, hey...just looking at the bulls.

This mountain lion was ferocious.

We watched a show where this little fellow was the highlight of the show.

Learning about antlers and other fossils.

Here's our small group at the end of the trip.

If you're ever in the Palm Desert area I highly recommend you stop by the Musuem. It's a great family outting and I'm sure the kids will love it!
